Published in 2018, My Diasporic Diary is a reflective journal for diaspora people worldwide. This journal is appropriate for older learners (middle school and beyond). The journal contains 10 sections with multiple writing prompts per section. These include Home, Culture, Language, Passions, Love, Family, and more. My Diasporic Diary was created to fill the void of resources to help diaspora people unpack their unique experiences, reflect on their multi-layered identities, and co-create a written legacy with family, friends, and community members. My Diasporic Diary has been used as a journaling tool for mental health support groups, high school students, and trauma-informed collectives.
- Target Age Groups: 12 years and older. This resource is completely in English and can be used across many different settings and within multiple cultures and groups. This tool is also a creative response to the need for more content and curriculum focused on writing, especially bolstering academic writing for high school and higher education.
- Cost: $19.99 Per Journal | Wholesale / Bulk Prices Available
